I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience working with the Tim Pierson Home Sales Team, and, more specifically, TJ Walter. My wife and I moved to DC about two years ago and knew almost nothing about the area, or home buying in general. When we made the much-dreaded decision to start looking for houses, we called TJ up because he came highly recommended by a friend of ours. From the very first time we sat down with TJ at a diner in Arlington, we felt that we were well taken care of. TJ went to great lengths to make sure we went into the process understanding the ins and outs of the market, the pros and cons of different houses and neighborhoods, and how the whole buying process works in general. In the months that followed, he met us at countless open houses, patiently answered hundreds of questions, provided insight when we had none, and steered us clear of a few places that we retrospectively would have regretted had we purchased. From start to finish we felt like he was reachable, responsible, and had our best interests at heart. He was also a huge encouragement during the times that we felt discouraged about our prospects of finding a home that we loved. We could not recommend working with TJ and the Tim Pierson Home Sales Team more. In the stormy and unpredictable seas of the DMV real estate market, these guys are a lighthouse that quite literally will guide you home.
