My wife and I recently bought our first home with Tim Pierson and his Keller Williams team. We had put off purchasing a home for quite some time, instead choosing to live in an apartment for nearly a decade because the task of searching always seemed too daunting and the actual act of purchasing a home too expensive. When we finally decided to test the waters, we reached out to Tim because three trusted co-workers also had used him, some on multiple occasions. After working with Tim and his team throughout this process, I would not hesitate to recommend him (and indeed I already have to a few of my closest friends who also are looking to buy). Simply put, Tim’s team was patient, reliable, and responsive. There was never a misstep on their side and they took all my and my wife’s back and forth in stride. While I could relay many examples of the team’s competence, one particular event hopefully will suffice. On our first outing to look at houses my wife and I had identified (and with which we were not having much luck), Tim utilized the information he had gathered from us to suggest a townhouse community that we would not have considered otherwise. After seeing the community, however, it changed my wife’s and my focus. Using that new direction, we found the right townhouse in the right community at a price we could afford.
