My husband and I had an amazing experience working with TJ Walter and Reagan Fox on the Tim Pierson team. TJ helped us narrow down neighborhoods and what we could and would likely get within our price range. On walkthroughs, he was helpful in pointing out potential issues with properties. He always spoke to us respectfully and never spoke down to us (even though it was our first time buying a house and we had no idea what to expect). Other realtors we chatted with before deciding to go with TJ were a bit harsh and came off as know-it-alls. Not TJ, he was approachable, kind and took the time to explain so much about the home-buying process. He was also really fun to go view houses with! He was friendly and knowledgeable, and our overall experience buying our first house was really (shocker) enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of working with Reagan for a bit when TJ was out of town. She too was super knowledgeable about the real estate market, friendly and easy to work with. She also took us through page by page of writing our first offer, taking the time to explain all of the details, which we appreciated. In the end, we ended up in a beautiful house we love and are excited to make it our home!
