The Pierson Home Sales Team was excellent from start to finish! We had been on the fence about buying a home for a year and finally pulled the trigger. The team never pushed us, pressured us, or made us feel as though we were a bother as we waffled back and forth as first time home buyers. It is refreshing to have a group of people who genuinely care about you, the process, and your goals. I have no doubt that if we shouldn’t have purchased a home they would have told us.
As a first time home buyer they did a great job of walking us through the process from start to finish! We found a house that we loved on a Wednesday morning and reached out to the team to tour it. Knowing how hot the market is and how fast things go, the team shifted things around to make sure we could get out to see it the same day. We loved the house and they stayed up late getting an offer prepared and sent it over late that night. Luckily for us our offer was accepted despite being put against two other offers and I know it’s because of the professionalism and tact the Pierson Team has. After we went under contract, the Team was excellent at making sure we got the right maintenance items done and the closing process went smooth. Each client is valued and treated as though they are the only ones. They also have wonderful events to connect and appreciate prospective, current, and past clients which we love going to! We will certainly be using them again for any of our real estate needs!
