From the beginning when we met with Tim and Shontel, we felt like they sincerely cared about us and wanted the best outcome for our family. They took time to sit down and get to know us, answered all of our questions, and explained the entire process so we knew what was involved in purchasing a home as first-time buyers, and what services we could expect from their team from start to finish. Their explanation was thorough, well-researched, and delivered so that we could easily understand everything. Having Shontel as our realtor was so easy! She worked with our schedule and was always very flexible to accommodate our last-minute requests to see houses. Her extra initiative found the townhouse we would end up purchasing when she found it on the market before any other potential home buyers realized it was for sale, and under her guidance, we were able to put in an offer before anyone else and successfully went under contract the next day. As Christians, it was also so encouraging to know that she was praying for us that God would lead us to the right house, and He did! I don’t think we could have had a better outcome or more positive experience without the Pierson Real Estate team.
